Guided Day Rides

Cross a Horseback ride in Montana off of your vacation bucket list when you book a half or a full day ride with us! Enjoy the Last Best Valley in the Last Best Place before it gets discovered. 

Ranch Retreats

Take a break from your reality and come take a deep breath of mountain air. Spend days riding in the backcountry and swimming in alpine lakes, only to come home to a homecooked meal, a warm bed, and a bonfire that will leave you with enough stories to take home as souvenir’s.

Pricing

Please read the following prior to booking:

  • We have a weight limit of 250lbs for riders (this is without your gear).
    • We have this weight restriction in place for the health and wellbeing of our horses & mules.
  • Anyone interested in fishing will need to get a Montana fishing license, which is available ONLY online from Montana Fish, Wildlife, & Parks.
  • We ask for people to be considerate with the products they bring into the backcountry such as shampoos and conditioners. We want to make as little of an impact on nature as possible, please bring biodegradable versions of those products.

  • We don’t have any weight restrictions for what you pack but we do ask people to consider that all their gear will need to be packed into the backcountry on mules.

Horses/ mules are provided for every trip.

We don’t let people bring their own stock.

We provide tack for our horses. We don’t let people take their own saddles. We have nices saddles, specifically fit to each horses and mules backs.

We will make sure and accommodate you if you don’t like your horse or it’s tack and switch you over.

We welcome all ages as long as they are able bodied. We have taken everything from 5 year old kids to an 84 year old lady on 5 day pack trips, we expect you to know yourself and your family members well enough to make a well informed choice.

We recommend bringing water, sun protection, and bug spray.
